Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, if unresolved, closure of the account.
Where 896bd has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. During any such suspension period, no withdrawals will be processed and no wagers will be accepted. If the User is subsequently confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits will be returned to the payment source, less any amounts already wagered.

Account Registration & Verification
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) single account on the 896bd Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If 896bd identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person — whether or not those accounts were registered using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings held in those accounts will be voided.

You must update this information promptly if any of it changes. 896bd is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 896bd of a security breach in writing at the earliest opportunity. You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 896bd may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the wagering requirement. - The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no wager). 896bd will send an email notification to the registered address 30 days before the dormancy policy is triggered. After the dormancy threshold is reached, a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
